Jetcall is a private air carrier specialising in international patient transport. We have a fleet of five air-ambulance aircraft stationed at Frankfurt-Hahn, an international airport ideally situated in the heart of Europe. Our airplanes are equipped with the most modern medical equipment and used exclusively for patient transport. We are able to provide our patients with in-flight treatment comparative to a general hospital’s intensive care unit. We are highly experienced in transporting even the most seriously ill patients safely, comfortably and cost-effectively, regardless of whether the flight is short, medium or long distance. Our aircraft, which include Learjet 45s and Challenger 604s, offer plenty of additional space for one or more family members and their luggage.

Our airplanes are manned by experienced cockpit crews as well as doctors and nurses trained in intensive and transport medicine. Our multilingual teams accompany patients competently and compassionately from their point of origin to their final destination. All patient transport is professionally coordinated by our operations centre, which consists of a highly qualified team of aerospace technicians and medical specialists. Enquiries are handled around the clock, with quotations being prepared with the utmost urgency. Ground and air transport is planned and performed with greatest care and attention to detail, both safely and efficiently.

Jetcall has been active in the field of international patient transfer for over 20 years and annually transports more than 500 patients to and from Europe, Asia, the Americas, Africa and Australia. The company has been awarded the highest quality certification by the European Aeromedical Insitute (EURAMI) and – as an air carrier registered in Germany – is subject to the same stringent security standards as all major German commercial airlines.
